Returns

• Accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• For safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days (Mondays-Fridays) for processing.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

• Report within 48 hours of delivery.
• Send your order number and clear photos.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once verified.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is shouldered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
